How do I know if therapy is right for me?

You don’t need to be in crisis. Many people I work with are functioning well, but feel stuck, disconnected, or aware that something isn’t quite right.

Therapy can offer a space to explore this more fully.

Sessions provide a space to explore your experience at your own pace.

We may focus on patterns, emotions, and — where helpful — how these are held both mentally and physically.

This varies for each person.

Some people attend for a shorter period, while others choose to work longer term. We can review this together as we go.

My standard fee is £120 per session.

I offer a limited number of concessionary spaces, which can be discussed if needed.

Sessions are usually between 60 and 120 minutes, allowing space to explore things without feeling rushed.

I offer a free 30-minute consultation. This is an opportunity to explore what you’re looking for and whether the way I work feels like a good fit.

No, we can work entirely through talking therapy. Any additional approaches are always optional.

Yes.

Sessions are confidential, with the usual professional exceptions relating to risk, which can be discussed if needed.

If this feels like it might be helpful, you’re welcome to get in touch to arrange an initial conversation
