Bio-Magnetism

Alongside psychological therapy and bio-resonance, I aim to offer bio-magnetism as part of a broader integrative approach to working with both mind and body. This approach is available for those who are open to exploring different ways of supporting their wellbeing.

What Is Bio-Magnetism?

Bio-magnetism involves the placement of magnets on specific points of the body. It works with the idea that certain imbalances may be linked to changes in the body’s internal environment, and that restoring balance can support the body’s natural regulatory processes.

Sessions are gentle, non-invasive, and require no active effort from you.

While therapy allows space to explore thoughts, emotions, and patterns, bio-magnetism offers a more direct way of working with the body. Many people experience this work as calming, and as offering a different way of engaging with their wellbeing.

How This Fits with Therapy

Bio-magnetism is not a replacement for psychological therapy. It can be used alongside talking therapy, or explored as a standalone approach, depending on what feels most appropriate for you.

For some people, it offers:

  • a way of working beyond cognitive understanding
  • support with regulation and grounding
  • an additional perspective on wellbeing

Others may prefer to work entirely through therapy, and that is equally valid.

Is This Right for You?

This approach may suit you if:

  • you are open or curious about integrative or body-based approaches
  • you feel that talking alone does not always reach what you’re experiencing
  • you are interested in the connection between physical and emotional wellbeing

It may be less suitable if you are looking for a structured, purely psychological approach.

A Thoughtful Approach

As with all aspects of my work, I aim to offer this once I have attained full accreditation. However, if this approach is of interest please contact me.
